"Chan fhaighear cridhe làidir gun chridhe fior."

You cannot find a strong heart without a true one.

BroHeart didn’t begin as a book. It began as a question, one I couldn’t shake. Why do so many good men feel like they’re on mute?

Men who can talk endlessly about protein, golf grips, football scores, running pace, or the new gym opening . . . yet fall silent when the conversation shifts to pain, doubt, grief, loneliness, or fear.

We call each other “bro,” but somewhere along the way, we stopped acting like brothers.

I’ve met hundreds of men, athletes, fathers, soldiers, CEOs, and young coaches just starting, and behind the humor, behind the banter, behind the physique and the hustle, I keep seeing the same thing: a quiet ache. Not for status, not for success, but for connection.

Men who can deadlift three hundred pounds but can’t lift the phone when they’re breaking. Men who’d give you the shirt off their backs but won’t admit that they’re cold. Men who wear confidence like armor but secretly want someone to say, “Mate, you’re not alone.”

That’s why I wrote BroHeart.

Praise for BroHeart

In a world saturated with toxic messages and amplified by polarizing social media algorithms, BroHeart is a timely reminder that true strength isn’t measured by power, status, or success, but by loyalty, kindness, and the humility to show up for others. Andy Jackson has created more than a book; he has started an important conversation that deserves to reach every young man.

BroHeart is the essential way to decompress in a world of social media where nothing is really as it seems and only fake moments are posted. It reminded me that connecting is truly the best and only real human experience. In a world of bad bro culture, BroHeart is finally putting the heart front and centre for how all men should really live. Thank you, Andy, for starting the revolution!

Ryan Edwards
CEO of Audoo

At a time when the definition of masculinity is being misrepresented in various areas of society, Andy Jackson sets out a different view.  A view that is at odds with the chest beating vision of what being a man is all about. With a career immersed in business, sport and health he has witnessed how the of the power of compassion, understanding and team support delivers strength and ultimately personal performance.  This book reframes how we should be thinking of delivering the best of ourselves.

Derek Stuart
Investor, Rocket Sports

I have known Andy for over 25 years now. I will never forget our first meeting because ofthe nature of our industry and both our positions within the industry, it potentially couldhave been very challenging, but it wasn’t. Andy handled himself at that first meeting withkindness, humility and a balance that at the time I never had in my leadership kit bag- Itwas a great learning day for me, and I have remained in contact with Andy on and offover the years. I couldn’t think of anybody better in this industry, and that I have metthrough the years that demonstrated strength, loyalty, laughter and kindness like hedoes. I have absolutely no doubt that he is the best person to lead such a movementwith those principles. BroHeart is the kind of movement that if it gets traction couldchange landscapes and worlds. After talking with Andy, it took me 5 minutes to decide “I am in”.
