a scottish-born

entrepreneur, investor, community builder, podcast host, and passionate advocate for a different vision of masculinity.

“Gum biodh do chridhe làn misneachd, do ghàire làn solais."

May your heart be full of courage, your laughter full of light.

Born in Perth, Scotland and raised in the coastal town of Lossiemouth in the north of Scotland – now based in Denver, Colorado, Andy’s life has taken him from football pitches and locker rooms to boardrooms, podcasts, global brands, and entrepreneurial ventures. Along the way, he has worked with elite athletes, coaches, founders, CEOs, musicians, and wellness leaders, but the lessons that shaped him most rarely came from titles or achievements.

They came from friendship.
From loyalty.
From family.
From watching men carry burdens they never spoke about.

Over more than twenty years in business, health, fitness, sport, and leadership, Andy noticed a pattern. The strongest men often felt the most isolated. The most successful men frequently struggled to ask for help. The men everyone relied upon often had nobody they felt they could truly rely upon themselves.

BroHeart was born from those observations—and from Andy’s own journey learning that strength and kindness are not opposites, that vulnerability is not weakness, and that success means very little if you lose yourself in the process.

THE STRONGEST MEN OFTEN FEEL THE MOST ISOLATED.

I hope we can reclaim the real meaning behind the word bro: brotherhood.

Because the instinct behind being a bro was never toxic. It was ancient and tribal, a survival mechanism.

our broheart beliefs

BroHeart is built on four values that guide everything we do.

From the stories we tell and the communities we create to the way we show up for one another. These values reflect the best of our Scottish heritage: courage in the storm, devotion to your people, generosity of spirit, and the ability to find joy even when the road is difficult.

We are called to: LIVE WITH STRENGTH. STAND WITH LOYALTY. LEAD WITH KINDNESS. MAKE ROOM FOR LAUGHTER.

why we exist

BroHeart exists to help people—especially men—move beyond isolation, silence, and outdated ideas about strength. We want to create a world where people feel strong enough to be honest, brave enough to ask for help, and connected enough to know they never have to face life alone.Reclaiming “Bro”BroHeart is reclaiming the word “bro” and returning it to its most meaningful origin: brotherhood.

In recent years, “bro” has sometimes become associated with shallow stereotypes, exclusion, immaturity, or toxic behavior. But at its heart, the word speaks to something deeper—the bond between people who stand beside one another with strength, loyalty, kindness, and laughter. For us, being a bro is not about bravado, status, or pretending to have all the answers. It means showing up. Listening. Offering support. Telling the truth. Sharing the load. Having the courage to care.A BroHeart is strong enough to be vulnerable, loyal enough to be honest, kind enough to include others, and wise enough to never lose the ability to laugh. We are reclaiming “bro” as a positive expression of connection, character, and belonging.Less ego. More heart. That is what it means to be a bro.

our scottish heart

BroHeart is inspired by a Scottish spirit: strong without being hardened, loyal without remaining silent, kind without expecting anything in return, and always ready to lighten the load with a good story and a laugh. This spirit is not reserved for people with Scottish ancestry. It belongs to anyone willing to live with courage, stand beside others, lead with heart, and bring more joy into the world. You do not need to be Scottish to have a BroHeart. You only need the courage to open yours.
